Jim is the former Global Marketing Officer of $84 billion Procter & Gamble, where he oversaw an $8 billion advertising budget and had organisational responsibility for nearly 7,000 people. P&G sales doubled during Jim's tenure as GMO. Highly regarded, his leadership was recognised in 2007 when P&G was honoured as the 2008 Cannes International Advertising Festival Advertiser of the Year for the first time in company history.
Following a 25-year career at P&G, Jim founded The Jim Stengel Company, a think tank and consultancy conducting proprietary research, generating thought leadership and applying a new ideals-driven framework to drive business growth in today's global economy. A prolific writer, speaker and advisor, Jim is the author of Grow: How Ideals Power Growth and Profit at the World's Greatest Companies.
Suzanne is a senior consultant with the Jim Stengel Company. She focuses her work on helping companies build brands through inspiring and meaningful strategic choices, and through building their marketing and agency capability. As a consultant since 2009 she has worked with leading global companies across many industries with a wide variety of brand building challenges.
Prior to this Suzanne spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble where she worked across multiple categories. She held a variety of roles ranging from Regional P&L to Global Brand Franchise leadership while based in various countries in Western and Eastern Europe as well as the US. She also spent six years as Director of Brand Building and Integrated Communication developing and deploying best-in-class frameworks and training across the company globally.
Her passion lies in helping others to see the full potential of the brands they lead. She loves empowering her clients with tools and inspiration to enable them, and their brands, to bloom brightly.
