Charlie is responsible for the franchise management of many of Disney’s most popular franchises including key properties from the Disney Studio and Channel businesses, such as Disney-Pixar’s Cars, Pirates of the Caribbean and Mickey & The Roadster Racers.
Dedicated to operating key Company properties as standalone businesses, Charlie works across the Company to set financial objectives, determine key profit drivers, marketing plans, content plans and sales strategies for these content streams. He is also responsible for identifying new properties and franchises from across the Company.
Charlie is also responsible for key Commercial Partnerships across EMEA. In his previous role, Charlie led promotions activity across The Walt Disney Company, EMEA. As part of the leadership team responsible for developing Disneymedia+ in the region, he was responsible for the promotions strategy for the Company’s properties and franchises.
Charlie joined The Walt Disney Company in 2004. His previous roles at Disney include serving as Executive Director of Marketing and Promotions for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures where he oversaw promotional activity outside of North America and led key marketing initiatives for the Studio. In addition to a two-year stint with Walt Disney Studios in Los Angeles, Charlie has extensive experience at local and regional level, having held both UK and European marketing positions.
