Jon Collins demonstrates both razor-sharp business acumen and a keen nose for next-generation creativity. It’s a combination that has won many plaudits, culminating in spots on the Clio and AICP judging panels, alongside regular speaker slots with BAFTA, Adweek, Eurobest and Cannes Lions. Jon also recently joined BAFTA’s VR Advisory Group.
Jon has overseen the launch of Framestore’s most trailblazing divisions: Framestore Pictures, Framestore Labs, and the world’s first dedicated VR Studio. He has broken down silos within the company to ensure it is well-positioned to deliver across all integrated and emerging platforms, on a global scale.
Having joined Framestore over 20 years ago, Jon quickly rose from Head of Production to Managing Director to President of Integrated Advertising. Having proven his entrepreneurial spirit, he was soon founding the company’s operations in North America, whilst restructuring globally in line with seismic industry shifts. As the driving force behind Framestore’s ongoing evolution into a team of creative and strategic problem-solvers, Jon is well-placed to identify and analyse the industry’s most progressive campaigns.
