Johann built his first commercial website at 12, for his dad. He founded Nomad Inc in 2007, offering digital marketing and design services to government ministries, UN agencies, and SMEs. In 2012, he left the UN Environment Programme to found SleepOut.com, known as "Africa's Airbnb". Since 2016, he leads digital products for Hilti – a Lichtenstein multinational serving the construction and engineering industry. His team conceptualizes, builds, and maintains Hilti.com and other digital experiences to grow and enhance the company's 200,000+ daily physical customer interactions in 120 countries.
