Shenda joined the iProspect global team in 2014 to lead performance strategy globally. This role involves developing strategies that deliver business results for some of the largest brands in the Dentsu Aegis Network. In addition, she has developed and rolled out new solutions for iProspect, in key areas such as performance content, B2B performance strategy and digital Co-Op marketing.

A digital media veteran, Shenda has over 17 years of experience in digital advertising on both the media and creative sides of the business and a further 7 years in traditional advertising. Prior to joining iProspect, Shenda ran one of the leading digital creative agencies in Ireland, ICAN, for 10 years and throughout her career she has worked for media agencies such as Zenith and Havas in both the UK and across Europe.
