Laurent joined RB France in 1998 and has progressed through his career across both commercial and P&L leadership as well as global brand management roles, including Marketing Director Germany, General Manager Eastern Europe and Global Category Director for Dettol-Lysol. Most recently, Laurent was General Manager & CMO RB USA, where he accelerated the growth of RB illustrated by Mucinex reaching #1 biggest OTC brand in the USA (Value Sales) up from #5 spot a few years back. Laurent led the acquisition and smooth integration of Schiff VMS business and KY brand, but also the Digital@Heart digital transformation for RB including the sign off of RBs first Global Joint Business Plan with Facebook inc. and the extension of RB creative agency roster leading to the appointment of Droga5, Wieden+Kennedy and McCann WorldGroup.
Laurent was elected Media Maven in 2013 by Advertising Age, has been board member of CHPA (OTC) and CSPA (Household Cleaning) industry associations and is a permanent member of the Facebook Client Council. He was appointed to the newly created position of SVP Global Marketing and Digital Excellence in October 2014. He leads RB Global teams and efforts in the area of Corporate Strategy, Consumer Insight, Comms Excellence, Design, Digital and Media. Laurent is married with 3 teenage children and lives in New York, USA.
